When you decide to generate your own energy, there are many incentives available to help you get up and running. Once you are up and running, you may also get a regular income stream via the Government's Feed-in Tariff (FIT) scheme, and the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). When we meet to discuss your options we’ll find the right solutions for your individual needs.
The Feed In Tariffs (FiTs) are those payments that you receive directly from your Energy Provider (EON, Scottish Power etc) for producing electricty. FIT payments have both commercial and domestic eligibility.
The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is a government initiative to encourage more people to use renewable energy and will offer quarterly payments (from OFGEM) to those with qualifying renewable installations which provide heat and / or hotwater to your property, commercial building or other qualifying uses.
The Energy Savings Trust do also offer interest free loans to help offset the initial costs of installation. Click here to find out more
