How much does it cost and what do I do next?

After your system has been commissioned, we cover any defects for a 3 month post installation period and this is free of charge. After which point call outs and addressing issues become chargeable visits. Please also note that unless otherwise specified, labour costs are not included when replacing parts which are under warranty.

Prices vary as each customer's solution is likely to be different, and so requires a bespoke price for each customer and for each product, with discounts available for multiple technologies. Please note we only offer general plumbing and electrical service contracts to our existing customers. Please contact us to discuss our service plan options.

Unless you have a support package, our call out charges are as below (all ex VAT), payment will be taken over the phone prior to attending:

If travel is within 45 miles call out charges are £49.99, plus the initial £40 for the first hour, plus mileage at £0.45 per mile (round trip).

If travel is between 45 to 100 miles outside of Galashiels, call out charges are £79.99, plus the initial £40 for the first hour, plus mileage at £0.45 per mile (round trip).

If travel is greater than 100 miles outside of Galashiels, call out charges will be confirmed over the phone plus the initial £40 for the first hour, plus mileage at £0.45 per mile (round trip).

PLEASE NOTE, we will endeavour to be onsite within 5 days of notice. (If under a support package we guarantee to be on site within 24 hours, ideally on the same day).

If you require us to be on site as quickly as possible, there is an emergency call out charge of £99.99 for existing customers and £199.99 for non customers which is in addition to the costs above.

We also offer service packages to customers where we have not installed the solution(s), however we charge a non-refundable system check of £99.99 (ex VAT) to check the system / operation, and based on this visit we will confirm if we can take the system on.(Inspection fee also applies to one off services)

Please note that if we have arranged to service call, and the system cannnot be serviced due to access being prevented, or in the case of biomass boilers not being switched off the night before and information relayed at the time of booking that is not followed, then a call out charge of £99.99 (ex VAT) may be incurred
